Creative is a leader in the Green Building Movement and is a founding member of the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. Josh Bomstein, Vice President, has been a featured speaker on the topic of sustainable building at professional forums statewide and nationally.

As an influential steward of the community for future generations, Creative Contractors embraces and practices the ideals of sustainable design and construction. We built the first public LEED Certified building in the area (Dunedin Community Center), the state’s first LEED Silver Certified K-12 school (Gulf Trace Elementary), one of the state’s only LEED Platinum Certified buildings (Largo Community Center), and the Axelrod Medical Pavilion, Morton Plant’s first LEED Certified facility. We are proud of our green building successes because we know that designing and building with forethought and environmental sensitivity creates better higher performing buildings that conserve precious natural resources.

Creative’s superior knowledge of sustainable construction maximizes the environmental, economic, and social benefits of green buildings. We know that with forethought and determination, we can mitigate the negative impacts of the built environment and leave our community a better place for future generations.
