Creative Awarded Design-Build Contract

Boating or tennis anyone?


Creative Contractors has been selected as the design-build contractor for the new Treasure Island Tennis and Yacht Club in Pinellas County, FL. Our design partner on this project is FleischmanGarcia Architects of Tampa.

The three-story building of Mediterranean design will replace the existing building. The new $5.5 million club will be 30,000 sq. ft. and includes a fitness center, banquet facilities, spa, massage area, and a dining area.

Construction is scheduled to begin December, 2005.
