Creative Contractors Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of the town center in Arlington Ridge, a new active adult residential community in Leesburg, Florida.

Developed by Blair Communities and designed by Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects of Tampa, the town center includes a host of amenities for residents including a restaurant, movie theater, pools, fitness center, spa, arts and crafts facilities, a pub, and even an ice cream parlor. The grand opening of the $6 million center was in February.
