Pringle Selects Creative Contractors

Creative Contractors Inc. has been selected by Pringle Development to build two new clubhouses for their Lakes of Mt. Dora and Heritage Communities, both in Lake County. The architect is Burke, Hogue & Mills Associates, Inc. of Lake Mary, FL.

The 18,000 sq. ft., $4.7 million Lakes of Mt. Dora clubhouse includes a card room, computer lab, library, crafts center, billiards room, exercise room, and multi-purpose
room with a performance stage. An expansive zero-entry 7,000 sq. ft. pool accompanies the clubhouse.

The 4,500 sq. ft., $1 million Heritage clubhouse in Leesburg includes a library, fitness center, multi-purpose room, pool, and wrap-around porches.

Both clubhouses are scheduled for completion later this year.
