Creative Builds Pediatric Surgery Center

Creative Contractors was selected by VOCA Realty, Inc. as the design-build contractor for the new Pediatric Surgery Center on State Road 54 in Odessa. When finished it will be the largest free-standing pediatric surgery center in
Pasco County.

The 18,000 sq. ft., $4.3 million combined ambulatory surgery center and
medical office building includes operating rooms, nurse stations, exam rooms, a lobby, and administrative spaces.

This facility is scheduled for completion summer 2008.
