Creative to Build Medical Office

Creative Contractors Inc. has been selected by Little Shire Properties to build a new 13,000 sq. ft. medical office at the intersection of Little Road and Jasmine Road in Pasco County. The architect is Klar & Klar of Clearwater .

The hurricane hardened building will provide space for two doctors' offices, one of which will be occupied by allergist Dr. Jaime Kratz. Construction is scheduled to begin in December.
