Creative to Build in Cigar City

Creative Contractors Inc. has been selected by Heidt & Associates, Inc., a leading civil engineering firm, to build their new corporate headquarters. The design is by Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects of Tampa.

The four-story brick building will emulate the vernacular architecture of Ybor City, Tampa's National Historic Landmark District. The facility will include 53,000 sq. ft. of office space and a 2,200 sq. ft. vehicle maintenance facility.
