Construction Expert Joins Creative Team

Dirk Heller has joined Creative Contractors Inc. as Manager of Preconstruction Services. A graduate of the University of Florida, Dirk has 20 years of experience in the local construction industry. He is an expert at construction cost estimating, systems analysis, and value enhancement.

Prior to joining Creative he was part of project teams responsible for the construction of many notable facilities including High Point Elementary School in Clearwater, Mitchell Elementary School in Tampa, the Dimmitt Community Center for the City of Belleair, and various facilities for Lifepath Hospice.
