Creative Builds in Cigar City

Creative Contractors Inc. has been selected by Chancey Design Partnership, a leading architecture, planning, and interior design firm, to build their new corporate headquarters.

The 22,000 sq. ft. building is on Seventh Avenue in Ybor City, Tampa's National Historic Landmark District. The building includes covered parking, multiple conference rooms and offices, and two outdoor patios. Floor to ceiling windows and skylights will bring an abundance of natural light into the building.

In the words of the architect, "The building reflects the style of its historic
neighbors while bringing a fresh, new feel to the Seventh Avenue gateway
into Ybor City."
