January 14, 2005 Creative to Construct Champions' Club
Creative Contractors Inc. signed a $3.8 million contract with Adam Smith Enterprises, Inc. to construct a 10, 870 sq. ft. clubhouse at the Champions' Club, an exclusive, gated community in Trinity. The clubhouse will incorporate extensive Tuscan stone columns, arched windows, and travertine-stone floors. Construction begins in February and will include a catered dining area, state-of-the-art fitness center with locker facilities and massage areas, and a social lounge. There will be two tennis courts and a 75-foot heated competition swimming pool. The Mediterranean-style architectural design is by FleischmanGarcia Architects. A barrel-tile roof, a porte cochere, and circular driveway will accent the design. The Champions' Club overlooks the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course at Fox Hollow Golf Club, a previous project of Creative Contractors. The Champions' Club project is scheduled for completion in January 2006.
