Creative Builds Town Center


Creative Contractors is currently building the town center in Arlington Ridge, a new residential lifestyle community in Leesburg, Florida developed by Blair Communies.

Designed by Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects, the $5.8 million project includesa gatehouse, sales center, clubhouse, multi-purpose building, arts/crafts/theater building, administration building, fitness center, cart barn, rest station, a recreational swimming pool, a lap pool, and a spa.

Completion is scheduled for December of this year.
