Creative Receives Five Awards

Creative Contractors has recently garnered five awards for two construction projects. The new 45,000 sq. ft. Dunedin Community Center, a “green” facility designed and constructed for L.E.E.D. (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, earned Creative four prestigious awards. They are:

Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors
of Tampa Bay
Horizon Award from the Associated General Contractors of Greater Florida
Future of the Region Award from the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council
Promising Practice Award from the Council for Sustainable Florida

Additionally, the nine story, 240,000 sq. ft. “B-Wing” Patient Bed Tower at Lakeland Regional Medical Center was bestowed an Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Tampa Bay. This was Creative’s sixth Excellence in Construction award.
