As an influential steward of the community for future generations, Creative Contractors embraces and practices the ideals of sustainable design and construction. We built the LEED Silver Certified Dunedin Community Center, Tampa Bay’s first public certified building, as well as Gulf Trace Elementary, Florida’s first LEED Silver certified school.

Other LEED certified projects include Chancey Design Partnership Corporate Headquarters (Certified), Tarpon Springs Elementary School (Gold Certified), Watergrass Elementary (Gold Certified), USF Science and Technology Building (Gold Certified), Largo Community Center (Registered), St. Leo University School of Business (Registered), Inn on the Pond (Registered), and the Sun-N-Fun Resort Fitness Center (Registered.)

Creative is a leader in the Green Building Movement and is a founding member of the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. Currently Josh Bomstein, Vice President of Business Development, is serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council and has been a featured speaker at professional forums statewide and nationally.
